The warehouse management system (WMS) pL-Store® from our partner proLogistik meets all the requirements of a modern warehouse management system.

What’s in it for you?

  • In close coordination with proLogistik, GWS has developed an integration module in the ERP software gevis ERP by pL-Store® that goes far beyond the functional scope of conventional interfaces on the market.
  • Via a web service-based integration interface with the ERP system gevis ERP, queries from the ERP system to the LVS pL-Store® are always answered directly and immediately and can be conveniently traced within the ERP system down to the last detail.
  • The integration module is set up transparently and comprehensibly via the gevis ERP administration interface. Numerous optional parameterizations can also be set, allowing each individual storage location to be adapted precisely to the respective requirements.
  • Likewise, (article) master data can be selectively communicated to the LVS pL-Store® or, if necessary, common data structures can be kept completely synchronized at all times.
  • The LVS pL-Store® can be expanded to meet specific requirements using additional modules. For instance, connecting various conveyor technologies, visualizing and optimizing space utilization in the warehouse, or even the APP for management overview is no problem with the LVS pL-Store®.

The ERP system – gevis ERP and the route planning and telematics system (AIS alfaplan) use an interface to exchange all data required for order processing.

Outputmanagement

Formpipe’s output management software, Lasernet, offers an intuitive design, control and distribution of the entire output within your ERP solution. GWS integrates this solution into your ERP system, transfers your document requirements into the Lasernet output management and enables you to control your output as well as to manage the design and adaptation of your documents autonomously and by sharing the workload.

What’s in it for you?

  • Lasernet isolates the design, physical creation and distribution of output media (print documents, mailings, data formats such as EDI, XML, CSV, etc.) from your ERP system.
  • A Lasernet module within your ERP solution handles the preparation of all print data, determines and creates all the necessary information for output, and transfers this metadata to a self-sufficient Lasernet server via the Microsoft “Azure Service Bus” and “Azure Storage” channels.
