Specialist program for knowledge-hungry young staff members

Young Talents

With our Young Talents program, we are establishing a team for the training and promotion of new talents at GWS. Such young talents will have the possibility to start their professional working lives together – under one roof.

With the Young Talents program, prospective developers and consultants will work together and thus gain direct insight into the working methods and requirements of the different areas of responsibility, right from the start.

Within the Young Talents team, colleagues will benefit from each other on topics outside of daily business. For example, the soft skills of the young talents will be worked on in a weekly skill factory.

The initiative and creative power of the staff will be maintained and promoted through the cross-competency exchange.

We are proud to be able to offer our young colleagues a smoother career start.

Henri, Celine and Nils work as
Young Talents in the
DFO business unit.
